Private 3rd. story spiral staircase to large 30′ X 40′ roof-top terrace overlooking Biscayne Bay, Port of Miami and the majestic lights of Downtown Miami. The private elevator also reaches the third floor roof-top deck. The master suite is incredibly large with two enormous walk-in closets and beautiful water views, jacuzzi bathtub, dual sinks/toilets and 9-head shower system. One of my favorite features of the home is the detached 2-story waterside guesthouse/office with roof top terrace. Outdoor dining cabana with full bathroom, gas grill and entertaining area. 3-car garage with additional storage.
